As a university of the Korean Methodist Church and based on basic idea of Christian doctrine and education of Republic of Korea, Ansan University has a purpose of cultivation of talented people who will be able to serve the community with Christian spirit and continuing education by providing vocational education (Article 1 of the Articles of Association)
