LINC project is the one for cultivation of universities leading industry-university collaboration solving employment mismatch and towing a development of a symbiotic relationship between universities and regional industry by cultivating and supplying excellent talented people through improvement of universtiy education system and industry-university collaboration with financial support project of the Ministry of Education.

- Reestablish and strengthen the ability to industry-university collaboration (including organization of project group)
- Expand infrastructure forindustry-university collaboration (including family company system, educational environment and purchase of apparatus)
