Certification of university institutional evaluation

• A system under which the certification institution of higher vocational education evaluation recognized by the Minister of Education and give social trust by evaluating, certifying and publicly announcing the result thereof whether the university has satisfied basic elements as educational institution.
• The evaluation was conducted for 7 standards including university mission and development plan; 17 detailed standards; and 37 evaluation factors after going through written evaluation, on-site visit evaluation and evaluation result verification.

Concept of institutional evaluation certification

• Institutional evaluation certification means to secure quality in terms of the universities or institutions which satisfy or exceed the quality standard of education as defined by the certification institution
• Institutional evaluation certification means that the certification institution of higher vocational education evaluation, a 3rd party other than stakeholders, evaluates universities and guarantees to the stakeholders of higher education the result of evaluation “whether the university as a higher education institution, is equipped with management system which can satisfy the requirements of stakeholders (including students, local community, industry and government) such as educational consumers or not”.
